A while ago MOM, Me, I broke the IPad screen. I dropped the IPad as a failed to multitask. Thanks to our Apple warranty, I got a new iPad for $50. Pleasant trip to the Apple store then exploring Station Park in Farmington was lovely! Fixed IPad, fun stores, lunch.
Finally used a gift card one night Jimmy was out of town in March. Oh, wait. That was the gift card Jimmy got for graduating college....back in....2010! Well he was nice to share it with us! With a few free kids meal coupons, a new exciting place with cool decor, and we enjoyed a night out! Good behavior, good food, and a guy came around and did balloon animals! Sweet! Happy night!
A family friend earned his Eagle merit badge in the scouting program. At his Court of Honor, Kyle had a bald eagle come. Fascinating! Beautiful!
Scouting is such a good program for boys. Tried to use it as a teaching moment. It gave Charlie something to aim for in the future. Charlie turns 8 this year and is so excited to begin his scouting journey with cub scouts. And I hope the girls will look for boys that are eagle scouts to date and be friends with.
Hat day at school! Sophie had to put on a hat for the picture and join in. The kids loved wearing Dad's hockey hats to school. They look kinda cute with the flat brimmed hats.
Every February we make time to go the RV show in Sandy. We don't go looking to buy anything new. With the price of new RV's we are happy with what we have! But we like to see the new features in trailers. The kids wear themselves out going in and out of almost every trailer!
No Captian America-it was the Lego Movie we went to. We met up with some friends and enjoyed the awesome Lego Movie! Everything is Awesome! Walking out of the theater we saw the Captain America shield. Picture moment! Too bad the kids haven't even seen the first Captain America....wait. It's off Netflix so I haven't seen the end of it. Movies get expensive with our little family but we had fun!

I won tickets to Disney on Ice off the radio! The girls and I enjoyed dinner and then the show for Sarah's birthday celebration. Entertainment with Disney Magic!
Fifth graders have the chance to go on a field trip to the Utah Symphony. My fifth grader was going, and I made room in the schedule to go! Completely enjoyable! Bus ride, symphony, bus ride back to the school then lunch in the classroom. Enjoyable! Thankful I could go! (Even more surprising, we saw a few other fifth grade friends there too! Amazing considering there were hundreds of school students filling Abravanel Hall).
