Its college gymnastics time! I always bring my camera, but forget to take pictures at the home meet. Here are pix from one of the home meets we went to. GIRLS NIGHT OUT!

Catch-up: Free 5K

I don't want to forget these good memories. A while ago.....(april)....we ran a 5K. Salt Lake Running Company put on a free 5K for their customers. I got us registered us, and we woke up one Saturday morning do do the race. Jimmy ran with Ashley, I ran with Sarah, and my mom walked it and pushed Sophie.

 We had a few friends also do the race with us, so it was a fun experience. The girls did amazing! They almost ran the entire time, completing the race in under 36 minutes.

Fall Centennial Spectacular

The Davis County School District held a Fall Centennial Spectacular in October in Bountiful. The weather was PeRfEcT and it was FrEe! I took the girls there after I did the triathlon. It was VERY busy, but it was put together really well . The attendance exceded the organizers expectations! It was fun to see neighbors & friends there, and enjoy the activities.

Sophie had a balloon, but she let go of it. BbYyyyEeeee! She was okay with the balloon being gone for just a second-THEN she started to cry! It was a cute!

Sarah rode in this bumper-type car. It gives kids the experience of what a crash at 5mph feels like. Its fun to them in this situation, but stresses the importance of seat belt safety.
