One late afternoon, we met up with my brother & his family. They were enjoying California for their Spring Break too. We went to the Huntington Beach! (according to Jimmy the ONLY beach in California-the BEST beach).
Luckily we could rent beach toys from the condo-How can you go to the beach without beach toys?!?
Yes-the sun was out but it was WINDY and kinda cold! The kids were brave to get wet, NOT ME. But the kids had fun playing in the sand, searching for shells and playing with their cousins.

There was a street fair by the Pier, so we went & checked it out. We saw some pirate guy, he talked to the kids, and gave him a shiny rock-jewel thing. It fair would have been nicer if we were not FREEZING! oh well-still an experience & memory!
